Volume 170: Abbey Lincoln

After messing up with the King yesterday I am faeturing another great singer that has left us recently – Abbey Lincoln. Enjoy – and don’t forget her…

Volume 169: 9/16

[Edit, the day after…] as you can tell – I was confused… The King died August 16. That was two days ago. I was so impressed by post# 169 / and the date 9/16 that I thought… well anyway… It’s always good to honor him. Sorry 🙂

In Germany “September 16” is written as 16.9. – what a coincidence that this is post #169  – and on September 16 Elvis died. Yesterday. 33 years ago. Time for one of his greatest songs ever. Enjoy. And please do not forget him.
